How I hold the space

First and foremost, my responsibility is to create the conditions for people to explore deeply while attending carefully to safety, trust, and choice.

That means clear agreements and structure, attention to what is spoken and what isn’t, and staying attuned to both the individual and the group.

Powerful facilitation, to me, requires humility. Listening closely, staying open to what I may not see, and being willing to take responsibility and repair when needed.

You remain the authority on your own experience.

You are not asked to adopt my worldview. You are invited to become more curious about your own.

My role isn’t to manufacture transformation. It is to cultivate trust, honesty, curiosity, compassion, and aliveness—and make room for something real to emerge.
